REPRESENTATION III: LANDFORM AND PROCESS
FALL 2016 | INDIVIDUAL PROJECT | ADVISORS: FIONN BYRNE, BRADLEY CANTRELL
This exercise was the final stage in a semester long project which involved developing a landform and situating it within a defined biome. Collage and various animation styles were implemented in order to demonstrate layers of fluctuation in a cyclically flooding landscape. For instance, the model has drawers that pull out to show flood levels, and one of the drawings is a “manual animation”, which can slide to different scenes to show rising waters within the same setting.
